Located in the hills along Mulholland Drive in the Beverly Hills Post Office section of Los Angeles is the ultra exclusive gated community of Beverly Park. First developed in the 1990s, the community is divided up between North Beverly Park and South Beverly Park. North Beverly Park is the larger of the two sections, with a total of 64 homes and South Beverly Park has a total of 16 homes. Well-known movie producer Richard Zanuck, best known for films such as Driving Miss Daisy and Jaws, owned a 10,000 sq.ft. home in the community that sold for $20.1 million after his passing in 2012. Baseball player Barry Bonds sold his 17,000 sq.ft. estate for $22 million in 2014. Designers Bruce Makowsky and Kathy Van Zeeland purchased their 30,000 sq.ft. Tuscan-style villa in 2010 for $22.6 million. In addition, singer Reba McEntire and actors such as Mark Walhberg and Sylvester have all called this luxury enclave home.
