Longtime Home of Lauren Bacall Sells For High Price
The grand Manhattan co-op that Old Hollywood Actress, Lauren Bacall called home for decades has recently sold for $21 million. The co-op unit, which consists of 4,000 sq.ft. of living space, was sold by the estate of the late actress. The home which is located at 1 West 72nd. St. near Central Park West, was first listed back in November 2014 for $26 million and then reduced to $23.5 million last spring, according to the New York Times.
